Acupuncture’s primary use is for pain, but it reaches so much more:

Acupuncture can be used to treat anxiety, disease, and illness.

The Chinese began acupuncture over 3000 years ago. They used it primarily on animals and humans that were in labor intensive jobs. It is essential to understand that acupuncture is designed for the care of the entire body. Its primary function is to encourage health and balance throughout.

How can my pet benefit from Acupuncture?

We feel it is a simple answer:  Acupuncture can treat your pet’s body any condition where the body is out of balance. It is the function of acupuncture to assist the pet’s body in regaining its natural state of stability and bring a sense of peace back to the body.

Acupuncture treatments are typically done in sets of five. This means your pet will receive one treatment a week for three weeks. Sometimes maintenance therapy is required after, but this depends on the type of illness or condition being treated. If additional therapy is required it may be once a month or several months apart.
