Level of care is excellent, and we love having things like baths and nail clipping, shot updates and teeth cleanings done while boarding so we don't have to wait. The staff is professional and attentive and obviously love what they do. If you have to leave town, there is no better care you could have than where a couple of veterinarians are on staff... No one who loves their pet as family will be disappointed.

....Dear Dr.Cat,Cindy,Whitney, and all the rest of you! So today, July 12th we found out that our very special Sadie, our 3 year old weimaraner, is now CANCER FREE!! I think that there are no words to express the amount of thanks and respect we have for you guys. Brandon and I have talked about how personable ALL of you are, when we call, when we come in for a visit, or when we need a little advice. You guys have ALWAYS been there for us, ABOVE and BEYOND what any pet owner could ask. In this instance, Sadie came in to see Dr.Cat and what we thought was a cyst was quickly identified as a mast cell tumor. You very quickly set us up with Dr.Velarious and Dr.Meritato at medvet Cinci, and even arranged my 1st consult visit. I truly feel you expedited the process to endure quick and professional care of this problem. And here we are,2-3 weeks later, post-op, removal of 2 past cell tumors that were stage II, healing well, and margins too with no metastasis! A very deep heartfelt THANK YOU for taking such AMAZING care of my Sadie......

I can say that with total confidence. House Vets for House Pets is the best Vet's office I have ever encountered. The Doctor and her entire staff love animals and people alike. The first time I met them my dog had been attacked, my little girl and I both were scared. As soon as we showed up at the office we all calmed down. My dogs love the Dr. Cat as well she is always willing to go the extra mile to make them feel comfortable. I am always amazed by the service we get every time we see them. The staff is always willing to help with your pet. Their website is great and easy to use. You can order your pet's med, food or schedule appointments right from their pet portal. The staff is always quick to return a call or email and they are always very nice on the phone. I never feel like I am "putting them out". If you have a vet that is over charging you or a new pet that needs a great vet I highly recommend House Vets...and trust me your vet is over charging you.

....Dear Friends at House Vets, I can't even begin to thank you all enough for all the love and care you have shown to Palmer and our family. You have gone above and beyond for Palmer in so many ways over the past 2 years of his life with us after adoption. In flit club you gave him the gift of play and the chance to express himself and al his energy he first had before getting sick.He was not the easiest to take care of I know, but he always had a great time and was exhausted from that playtime of grabbing rags and rugs and allowing you to play " chase " with him. Cindy, the countless times you were willing to take and return my calls with questions and concerns for him, along with so much more too, is so appreciated...more than you will ever know.You helped me give him the gift of attending Fit Club, something that he needed and loved so much! What a perfect gift you gave him! ( and me! )Dr.Cat, you gave him the gift of your medical knowledge, your love and constant compassion over the past 2 years of off and on illnesses that he seemed to posses. Then, after getting diagnosed with such a rare disease, you gave him the gift of trying at all costs to save his life and his dignity. For that, I am eternally grateful and words can't express my gratitude for that chance. For all these things and the tender love and care you have given not only Palmer, but to me and our family, I can't begin to say thank you enough. Letting him go is by far the hardest thing to do, but the gift of lovehe received during his life and upon his passing was incredible and greatly appreciated. I am certain he knew he was loved all the way to the end of his beautiful life.

This place is phenomenal! I brought my cat to --------Hospital, and my cat was downright traumatized. The lobby was huge and loud and echo-y and the place wasn't cat friendly. I mean, what cat wants some strange dog walking up and sniffing at their carrier when they're already freaked out about going to the vet??? The people at the desk didn't seem to give a crap about my cat. They weren't nice, at all. Not a good experience. House Vets was amazing. The
place was cozy and warm and friendly...I felt so good about leaving my baby
there for a dental cleaning. Everyone was kind and I could tell that they really cared about my cat. I will bring my cats here without hesitation as long as I live in this area, and will tell anyone and everyone about how great they were.
